The dimensions are approximately ½ inch smaller than a regular quad but after some investigation it appears this is the size it was originally printed (a regular quad is 30 x 40 inches)

Nice thick stock paper

small spot of blu-tac residue/grease near the top edge (a couple of inches left of the left vertical fold line) and another spot a couple of inches right of the right vertical fold line (this has a couple of tiny spots of print loss within it)
